Some arrested officials of the NBC who were taken away after the ransacking, implicated their boss during in their confession to the EFCC.

Wilson Uwujaren, the EFCC spokesperson, could not confirm the arrest, when contacted, but a top official of EFCC said: “Yes, he (Mr. Mba) is with us. We are investigating massive diversion of public funds and we’re making progress. Mba definitely has questions to answer.”
